All repair work is contracted directly between the customer and the partner workshop. Vehport's role is coordination, quality oversight, and escrow management. Any warranty on repairs is provided by the partner workshop, not Vehport.

How It Works

A structured, 7-step pipeline. Every checkpoint is documented. Nothing proceeds without your approval.

The moment your vehicle arrives at the port or holding yard, Vehport conducts a full arrival inspection. You receive a detailed damage report before anything moves.

  • High-resolution photos (exterior, interior, underbody)
  • Video walkthrough of the vehicle
  • Itemised damage report (e.g. front bumper, missing headlight, airbag status)
  • Engine start test result
  • Overall condition rating
📌 This step is mandatory for all vehicles. You cannot proceed to delivery — as-is or restored — without the inspection report.
